The EvoQuip brand of the Terex Materials Processing (TMP) business unit has added Redhead Equipment as its new distributor in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. Redhead Equipment will sell EvoQuip’s crushing, screening and conveying equipment and provide parts, service and warranty support for the brand.

“EvoQuip already has a strong presence in Canada, and this new appointment will improve the level of customer support we can offer,” says Andrew Lawrence, EvoQuip’s sales director. “This is a hugely important region for us, so it was important that we partnered with an experienced company that has the skills to further develop the EvoQuip brand in Canada. We believe we have found the right partner in Redhead Equipment.”

With a history stretching back to 1948, Redhead Equipment now has eight locations in Saskatchewan from which it supplies construction, agricultural and truck and trailer equipment.

“This is another big step for us,” says Gary Wilson, corporate sales manager for Redhead Equipment. “Over the years we’ve gained a lot of expertise in dealing with construction equipment, so adding compact crushing and screening to our portfolio was the next logical step. We’re excited to be able to bring these quality products to our customers.”

EvoQuip is part of United Kingdom-based TMP, which in turn is part of United States-based Terex Corp. Terex describes itself as a global manufacturer of aerial work platforms and materials processing machinery used in construction, maintenance, manufacturing, energy, minerals and materials management applications. The global company has manufacturing sites in North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. Other TMP brands include CBI, Powerscreen, Finlay, Fuchs and ZenRobotics.
